In our continued efforts to serve our clients in the best way possible, the David Black Agency is instituting electronic payments. More efficient, safer, and quicker than physical checks these ACH (Authorized Clearing House) payments will be made directly from our bank account to yours. ACH payments will begin the week of April 15th. I have enclosed an ACH Authorization form. I have also enclosed a W-9 form to ensure that your information is up-to-date in our database.  Please fill out both forms and return them to our attention no later than April 1st. Forms are also available for download here. You will be notified of payments by email, so please be sure to alert us immediately of any changes to your contact information.
